Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Fès. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. The property is beautiful, everything looks perfect, my room was huge and very comfortable. You are so close to the Medina and you can walk to find everything. I walked a few minutes to see the blue gate that is gorgeous. Every single person that works in this place made our days fantastic, I’m very great full with each of them. Today we had our taxi at 6 am and they hay our breakfast ready in a bag for the train. I would highly recommend this property

Kabir was really wonderful and helped us with everything. We felt really at home. Also the best breakfast we ever had! The rooms are very spacious and overall there is a great vibe in the Riad.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

The standout were the staff and at every level they were friendly and most accommodating. The concierge Brahim was a delight and kindly upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was spotless and grand, food excellent. The location is 5 mins by taxi to souk. Locals pay 20 dirham and tourists double. Quiet and spacious. excellent!

Located in Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes, Fes Heritage Boutique luxury Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. My room on the third floor overlooking the mountains was stellar. Everybody was incredibly kind here. I seriously liked everything about this hotel which includes the fruit bowl in my room and the manager who went out of the way to make everybody feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The prices were more than reasonable as well and it's only about three minutes away from the medina.
