My husband and I visited for our 2nd anniversary and it was amazing. The safaris were amazing, the camp is located on a private conservancy, so the game viewing is exceptional. We saw a wide variety of animals, including all the big five (except the elusive leopard). Reuben was our guide and he was great, so knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly! The tents were great as well, I loved being woken up by the hippos at dawn. Caleb took care of our tent and made sure we were very comfortable throughout. The masseuse at the Spa was amazing as well, got a great deep tissue massage after a long day out on the Mara. We loved the food, they had a wide range of options to suit all palettes, Francis took care of us during meals throughout our stay, he was excellent. We unfortunately didn’t pack any warm clothes, (we didn’t expect it to be as cold as it was) but there were blankets in all the game drive vehicles and they were a life saver! Caleb also warmed up our bed with a hot water bottle every night.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the check-in was flawless. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a cozy ambience and a comfortable bed. The hot water bottle was a nice touch. The best part of our stay was the food. It was amazing. Breakfast was a feast, we really were spoilt for choice (the bone soup was to die for.) I'd give the Enkipai Hill Hotel an A rating, I cannot wait to be back.

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Special mention to the manager Mr. Sanjeev and Mr. Manish who took very good care of us and accommodated our requests. Also, to the lady at the restaurant who was warm and took care of us and the kids. The property and the location is also very good. They have great children's play area and hippo viewing deck with trail. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
