The location of the resort was excellent and the grounds were well maintained. The entrance to Amboseli National Park is far away and resort keeps you in middle of the park for easy access to the game drive areas and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. All of the hotel staff we interacted with were are very friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was exceptional and there was a diverse selection of food. There were several sitting areas around the resort where you could observe birds and other animals in the national park while you relaxed. Tea and coffee were always available in an area adjacent to the bar. The room was very comfortable and had a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.

Gorgeous tents, personalised service, and the same staff all the way throughout the stay made it feel so special. The personal touches in the room, complimentary gift and candlelight dinner related to a honeymoon made the trip extra special. We were lucky enough to see all the animals in the reserve including lion, cheetah, elephants, hyena. The open top game vehicles made it really fantastic to spot all the wildlife. The viewing deck onto one of the watering holes also made it easy to spot wildlife from the Camp. Will definitely come back and recommend to everybody. Special thanks to Simon, our guide, Donald, our waiter and Kimbo, our house keeper.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Food was basic but good. Loved the bonfire at night, comfy beds, felt very safe and well cared for. We were a group of 11 people, ranging in age from 13 to 60 and we all enjoyed a night of "true safari style" lodging. We'd totally book again.
