Everything is clean and working well. There are various instructions and guides around the room and hallway. Because of this, you don't need to ask any more questions, just read 😄. They may allow early check-in subject to avilability. Hot water is working well, and the room was very clean. They provided free coffee and soup. They will also keep your luggage in case you need them to. There's a perfect view in the rooftop of Mount Fuji. 🤩 You just need to have the perfect timing when the weather permits.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The views from my room, restaurant and sky bar were amazing. I was lucky that Mount Fuji was clearly visible throughout my stay. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were well-equipped - a nice set of toiletries, and I loved the hair dryer The onsen was lovely. Both the indoor and outdoor baths had a view of the lake and Mount Fuji. There was also a steam room. I had the shabu-shabu dinner twice which was good once I got the hang of what to do. It was also nice to get a free drink ticket for every day of my stay too. The hotel has a number of electric bikes which you can use free of charge. I hired one for the day and rode round two local lakes and visited a couple of sites - more reliable than the local tourist buses! This was the best hotel I stayed in in Japan. I would definitely recommend it.

Great place, great food, really impressed with everything at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen, can't recommend it enough.

Amazing staff, very nice and forthcoming (it will help if you speak a little Japanese though). Free bike rental, very pretty private onsens and just overall very cozy. You will need a car or a bike to get around more easily, but that's just a local thing and not fault of the accommodation. Loved it here a lot!
