The property was close to the train station, restaurants and grocery stores. It was very clean and offered great amenities. There was water, tea and coffee options for us everyday which was nice.

Palazzo Tiglio - A Small Luxury Hotels of the World features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in San Pancrazio. Where to begin...I have never been that enchanted by hotel. We found this hotel by chance, at the last minute after a mishap, and what a fortunate mishap! What a gem! From the location, in a tiny village on top of a mountain, far away from all the tourists, to the design of the hotel, the toiletries, the staff, the restaurant, everything, absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect. The room was beautiful, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful for such a small hotel. The sunset from the garden was stunning. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and a good blend of traditional tuscan food and world food. They had plenty vegetarian options. The deli looked straight from a Woody Allen movie. The towels were so fluffy. Anyway, again, a fantastic stay, thank you to the team at Palazzo Tiglio for making our Tuscan holidays so perfect!
