We walked to the center of town. They had secured parking, so we just walked to town, have a glass of wine and not worry about anything. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stopped at Altamura because it was so close to Matera without having to pay the higher price for a hotel. We did not know Altamura was also a very nice place to visit! I would definitely stay there again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We loved their Reception area set in an old Tower. As soon as we arrived, we were invited to visit the terrace where guests can sip drinks and helped with our luggage. Our room had an independent entrance, was large, extremely clean and had a patio with deck chairs. The surrounding area is full of beautiful fruit trees, flowers and ancient olive trees. We took a lovely walk to the beach which is only 8 minutes away and is stunning with big waves and pebbles. We had a light lunch by the pool as soon as we arrived and this was prepared with fresh ingredients and great quantities. We bought their lemon jam - super delicious - and had a huge and yummy buffet breakfast in the morning. The pool is super too! All staff were amazing, so helpful and available to answer questions and give you tips. Great discovery at great price. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Just 5 minutes' walk from the Padre Pio Sanctuary in San Giovanni Rotondo, this 4-star hotel features a restaurant, and a spiritual center with 2 chapels and a convention hall. We commend the place for it's spacious room and toilet. The price is very affordable too. The breakfast was so good and very filling. The place is also welcoming as everyone are pilgrims as well. We love its proximity to the church.

I really enjoyed taking walks . The cafe's are great especially Cafe Blanco and people are gracious and friendly. It is tranquil seaside resort close to many historic sites. The restaurants provide you the taste of the best of Apulia. Flamingos in flight over the salinare is a must see

From $154 per nightWe had a wonderful stay in B&B Trulli Donna Isabella 2. The apartment is good size, kitchen is very well equipped and it was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Donna Isabela (our children especially the cakes ;) ). I was suprised that the apt was cleaned every day during our stay. Donna Isabela and whole her family are good, hospitable and pleasent people. The center of Locorotondo is 10min walking distance. If you look for a nice place in Apulia, only 15min by car from Arbelobello you will find it there!

In fact we were alone. The swimming pool is great - clean and enough of space. The apartament was spacious and clean with the spirit. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy. The host is charming. The BEST experience in Apulia. If we ever come back to Apulia we will choose this trulli for our entire stay.

Alberobello is between 45 to 60 minutes walk depending on the pace. Da Donato restaurant a 10 minute walk away serves typical Apulian food at a very reasonable price. Another couple of other places to eat close by, a pizzeria and a good brasserie for meat lovers.

We loved the entertainment staff and activities they created, particularly those in the evening. This is definitely a place for families. The sea was beautiful and all facilities (football, volleyball, archery, swimming) are great. The room was small and basic but sufficient.
