It was a modest place but even so, had a very friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful family that were the proprietors, very good breakfast and a nice pool and pool deck area for hanging out. The beaches were close, a village beach and two more naturalistic beaches, all lovely. Easy to get to nice restaurants in the next town over, Sant'Antioco, but also perfectly great food in the village. We like a bit of luxury when we travel so this place, though not high on luxury, was actually very comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Stella del Sud ligger utenfor Calasetta på øya Sant'Antioco, og tilbyr en privat park med en privat strand. Hotellet ligger ved stranden Spiaggia Grande, som vender ut mot øya Carloforte. We had a nice room overlooking the pool. There are only 2 rooms with this view in the hotel. Room 49 and 50. We did not eat at the hotel so no idea how the food is. Pool was clean, and protected from the wind. It was very windy during our stay.

The owner was very friendly and gave some advice on the area. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great and we walked to numerous site seeing spots and restaurants. They offered a very good breakfast.
