Hotel u gradu 'Tapokreng'
Located in Tapokreng, Vogelkopf Resort offers a terrace and bar. With a garden, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Vogelkopf is a young resort nestled within a mangrove forest, with a jetty that extends out to a diverse and well kept house reef, at which we saw a dugong, trumpet fish, banner fish, clown fish, giant clams, and were also told you could see dolphins and turtles at the right time. The sunsets were outstanding and you could hear the songs of Imams echoing across the water (although the resort itself was protected from this noise). Our room was spacious and had great air conditioning. In particular, the bed was extremely comfortable. Vogelkopf is well furnished, and exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable and welcome, and ended up staying twice. The owners were very welcoming and helped organise us with a scooter, tour company and scuba dive group. Brezel was a great host and kindly helped us with phone difficulties, providing us with an SD card and aiding with international transfers. Corwyn and Pricilia also drove us into town to explore the local market and fresh produce and also kindly dropped us at the ferry at the end of our stay. Also, Frengklin is a fantastic chef and we always looked forward to our meals, which were included in the cost. This is was the best food we had in Raja Ampat. Special mention to staff Raka and Hadya, who had excellent spoken English and made us feel welcome.
Kri
Mansuar Raja Ampat Bungalows features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Kri. Stayed in a number of homestays in Raja Ampat but this place is by the far best. Ringo and Mima are amazing hosts and have done a great job setting up the new place. We will probably be back next year for the third time to stay again :)
Pulau Mansuar
Situated in Pulau Mansuar in the West Papua region, Terimakasih homestay has a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property offers sea views. Beautiful homestay on Mansuar Island. Very comfortable and clean, above the typical homestay's standards of Raja Ampat. The bathrooms have running water, which is not something you can always expect in a homestay. The seaside restaurant offers a variety of plentiful dishes. The owner, Mario, is always available to arrange excursions and transfers. Thanks to him and his incredibly welcoming staff, we had an amazing stay.
Pulau Mansuar
Situated in Pulau Mansuar, Nyande Raja Ampat provides accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. I absolutely recommend anyone going to Raja Ampat to stay at Nyande! This place has the comfort, cleanliness, facilities of a resort at the price of a homestay so shoutout to the owners, Andy and Esni! I ended up staying 2 additional nights because I liked it so much. Food was great. The hotel is solar powered (!) which also means that you get electricity 24h/day and they bring plastic back to Waisai instead of burning it which also means no smell of burnt plastic here - these are exceptional things for Raja Ampat. The jetty is great and you can see so much from there at night. And finally I cannot highlight how clean the place is and not a single cockroach or rat to be seen around the rooms/restaurants. Beautiful snorkeling on the house reef.
Pulau Mansuar
With sea views, TABARI DIVE LODGE is located in Pulau Mansuar and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, terrace and barbecue. Free WiFi is provided. We stayed at that incredible place for 9 nights Tabari is quite a precious discovery in Raja-Ampat area. It is on Pulau Merpati, a tiny island. It takes about an hour to get there from Waisai by a speedboat only. The trip like that will take for about an hour. Brigitte and Jeff, and their incredible team make the stay of their guests unforgettable and comfortable. Tabari means: - family-like environment away from the civilization - daily shark feeding - mind-blowing sunsets - picturesque house reef with turtles and other sea creatures - exquisite French / Indonesian cuisine - diving guided by careful and experienced staff at various sites - marine trips to neighboring islands - sounds of exotics birds and tides - Milky Way in the night sky, which one cannot tear their eyes away. The electricity is available in the morning and evenings; when it is on, the internet by Starlink works like a swing. The bungalows are cozy with the WC and shower. The real gigantic shell is adapted as a wash basin. There are canopies over beds. There were on almost no mosquitos during our stay in late July. At times you can spot some little cute geckos in the bungalow, they hunt insects. There is a hammock on the verandah of a bungalow, so it is nice to chill there enjoying the view. Room cleaning is on the daily basis. Bath and beach towels are provided, which is very comfortable. Meals are served 3 times day at the large table with all the guests seated round, then it is nice to discuss with other guests what has been seen and experienced during the day. We felt at ease like in a real family. Tea / coffee, cookies and some fruit are available at the kitchen during the day. The house reef is magnificent, very vibrant, diverse, soft and stony corals, many sea creatures! Bridget carefully organizes transfers from Waisai and back, she can agree upon a taxi from the ferry to Sorong airport, she is a helping hand with all the issues.
Kri

Beautiful Homestay on the sandy beach. Familiar and very hospital staff. We had everything we needed. We never forget days we spent there , thank you heartily Nely and your family!
Yennanas Besir
Providing sea views, Friwen Mangrove Eco Lodge in Yennanas Besir provides accommodation, a garden, a terrace and a bar. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries.
Saonek
Featuring sea views, Family Guest House features accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 2.7 km from Waisai Torang Cinta Beach. New & very clean. Great view of the sea from on high. Nice deck to sit at. Steven, a staff member, helps with whatever you need. The drink water has a hot & cold spigot. Cold water a treat in the tropics.
Fam
Facing the seafront in Fam, Or Mandira Guest House features a private beach area and barbecue facilities. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. I really enjoyed my 5 days here. I was the only guest, so I had the whole beach (several kilometres long) to myself, which was fantastic. And at night all I could hear was the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The beach is just a few seconds away from the bungalow. Because it is by the sea, the waves are quite big and the breeze is a blessing in this otherwise quite hot place. And because the beach faces west, I saw the best sunsets in Raja Amapat. As for the accommodation, it is basic, but I had everything I needed. The food was delicious. The family helped me with everything. The father took me wherever I wanted to go and even gave me some tips, which turned out to be the best snorkelling I had in the area (Napoleon Reef and Fam Wall). He even climbed a palm tree to get me a fresh coconut. So I am really happy about everything and I recommend you to visit Or Mandira too.
Yennanas Besir
Efenli Arnes homestay is set in Yennanas Besir. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The homestay is idyllic and secluded. We were right on the water, the porch is nicely decorated, there's a table and chairs so in the evenings we could easily play cards. In the day, if we weren't diving with Corepen (they come and collect you and drop you off), we would snorkel on the coral reef in front of the homestay which is fantastic! We saw a turtle, ray, squid, clown fish, a shark etc. All three meals are included and Lina's cooking is amazing. We would eat fresh fish everyday. Portion size is very generous so you won't be going hungry. Lina and Arnes are so kind and gentle hosts we couldn't recommend this more. Their English is very limited so just make sure you download a translator app if you don't have data (there's no WiFi). The amenities are basic and you get electricity from around 6:30pm-10:30pm but for us, this only added to its charm. When we passed other homestays, we were always grateful for picking Efenli.
