The rooms are absolutely great, spacious, well equipped, with a stunning view, boasting super comfortable beds, softest towels, and stylish bathrobes. All amenities were great, cleaning was impeccable. Enjoyed free minibar, coffee machine and delightful tea. Very happy to have selected this hotel for our family trip

Sky-high luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi are located on floors 102 to 118 of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff are honest. My mom forget her wallet at the room when we went out in the morning and we came back at night with the wallet still in the place where she left it. She was worried the whole time but we can’t go back sooner or even call the hotel. Anyways, the wallet is there and my mom is really happy. Thank you so much. My mom is at room 541. Please extend our thanks to the staff in charge of cleaning the room. We are so grateful to her. 🥰

En fin hotell, bra gym och pool. Me poolen öppnar kl 9-19. Lite kort tid. Bra service, personalen trevligt. Hotellet är bra, men insidan är lite gammalt. Läget är bra i den lokala området. Men om man ska till Hongkong centrum är det lite långt att åka. Men å andra sidan finns en lätt spårvagn som koppla till Mtr. Mycket enkel och lätt tillgänglig. Den står framför hotellet. Runt hotellet finns mat o köpcentrum.

Friendly staff caring for their guests. It is a peaceful location but with direct busses to Cheung sha wan beach, Tai O village and a ferry to central. The resort has everything you need with 7-11 McDonald’s and a halal takeaway a 5 minute walk.

Efficient and helpful staff and spacious room for comparison with HKG standard. Most of their team quickly respond to our needs at their best. One of them helped my mother open the heavy door for my mother with a walking stick. They even helped me insert the SIM card. The cleaner who was responsible for my room was super kind and made our room clean and tidy in a professional manner. Thank you for your kindness and generosity during our stay.
