Great apartment with perfect location only 1 block away from the beach and the promenade with all the restaurants and 5 min walking distance to the center nd the shops. The place is nicely and modern decorated and the hosts are lovely and super helpful! They organised taxi for us uppn arrival at the port, gave us great recommendations of what to do and promptly replied to any questions we might have had. They even left us bottles of local wine and locally produced honey! Would highly recommend this place for your stay in Limnos.

It was our first time visiting the beautiful island of Limnos and we were so happy to spend it at Grand Patelli. The staff went above and beyond the entirety of our stay. Georgia and Zorin made our stay very memorable with their gracious hospitality. Everything from the Azalea Spa to the room service were amazing. The entire staff was always saying hello and very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and their wonderful staff and look forward to visiting again.

The welcome , the room & the breakfast were all excellent. I was only there for one night a brief visit to Limnos. My wife & I had seen the hotel in the summer time and had thought it would be good for my i night stopover. It surpassed my expectations and for those travelling in the summer it is close to all ammenities, Tavernas , Taxis,Shops , Fishing harbour , castle & beaches. Heartily reccomend it

The hotel is ideally situated in Myrina, the main town of Limnos. We had a splendid view from the balcony, which was on the main street and from which we could sea the see and the castle. The room was nice and comfortable. If we go back to Limnos, we will book here again.

The apartments are brand new, spacious, very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Location is perfect - 5 min to the Kalliopi center and 7-8 min to Keros beach Hosts are very, very kind and welcoming. We found our place in Limnos :)

Visited Limnos for a wedding and stayed for a few days at the property. Very comfortable apartment, cleaned every day. Extremely friendly owners, went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable!

Perfect location in the centre of the island that enables easy going around Limnos. Comfortable, clean and very friendly hotel environment . Fantastic breakfast area and very good breakfast serving.

Spacious apartment, centrally located and very good equipped. Christina is a great host, always took care of us and gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and must-sees in Limnos.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Limnos. Close enough to the main attractions yet situated in a peaceful area, it's the best of both worlds.

They have a really nice beach. The pool's water was quite warm and they have alse beach bar.

Large clean apartment. Ours was at the rear of the hotel so had a great view of the Kastro. Staff were excellent. Easy walking distance to both sides of Myrina.

The staff is fantastic and very welcoming, the apartments have everything you might need, but best of all is the view - you can't put a price tag on it! Will definitely visit again!

Very friendly staff. The hotel was exceptionally clean and we were very pleased with the location. It was within walking distance from the agora and from Romaiko where there were many restaurants and bars. The views of the castle were beautiful.

Stunning location with the quiet beach of Agios Ioannis straight in front and the surrounding hills behind. You can walk straight from your little villa down to the sea with deck chairs and a shower perched above. The villa themselves have all the equipment you could need to cook a variety of dishes including Moussaka, to enjoy and sit outside on the balcony with a glass of wine. If cooking isn't your thing there is a taverna just next-door with fresh fish and a variety of other dishes. Its a lovely village layout of the villas, with wonderful kept landscaping where you have the space to relax and not to be disturbed. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, the extra bonus is the Host Fotis who is incredible helpful and friendly and is a real joy to meet.

Really great place directly at the kite beach. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast ist fantastic and the pool area is very beautiful. The rooms have a cute design and everything was very clean.
