The staff truly made the experience unforgettable – they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to the restaurant and breakfast team, who went above and beyond to ensure every meal was perfect. Their kindness and attention to detail made mornings something to look forward to. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

When I arrived I was made very welcome and the entrance and hallway was immaculate and pristine clean. My room was very clean with lovely soft clean towels, spotlessly clean bathroom and shower. The bed I have to say was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in any B&B. I have to say both hosts Kerry and Ian were so helpful they went above and beyond, Ian used his car to show me where the company was that I was visiting in the morning. Ian is so helpful and it's very much appreciated. I will definitely stay at the Douglas again in the future.
