The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by nature. I ws there in the summer and it was fun ti sleep hearing the nearby waterfall. They bring breakfast to the cabin in the morning.

This family-run B&B experience was way better than we anticipated. Parking was convenient right on the main street in front of the building. The rooms have been recently renovated and include comfortable mattresses, solid wood furniture, a desk, and extremely hot water in the shower. We had (303) located on the lower floor which included a patio door out to the terrace where we could sunbathe, meditate on the mountain, and take our breakfast and afternoon tea. The owners, Fabrizio & Simon take care of the day-to-day including a complimentary breakfast of coffee and some incredibly tasty cakes and tarts prepared by their mother. There is also a selection of nice cheeses, juices, and cereals to enjoy if you need less sugar first thing in the morning. We extended our stay a couple extra nights awaiting a parcel and stayed in their father's property two doors down with the same view and exceptional familial hospitality. They even extended the check-out for us our last day. We really enjoyed our time here and the warm welcome we received from the host family.

Nice! Nice! Modern upgraded rooms with great views of the lake! Our only regret is that we were too early to see the fall colors. We stayed 2 nights on Oct 3rd and 4th. We rented our motorcycle in Geneva on July 19th for 80 days. Thru Switzerland, Austria, Bavaria, Italy, Czech Republic. This is the last week of our trip, and this place is in our top 10 of hotels/bed and breakfast!

Boasting a bar, ski-to-door access and views of garden, La bagatelle is set in Saint-Michel-de-Chaillol, 17 km from Gap-Bayard Golf Couse. We arrived after a very long day driving. We were met by Christine who immediately made us feel welcome and took us through to the restaurant for a meal and a drink even before checking in. She was exceptional ! We sat on the terrace and the meal and drinks were prepared quickly and were very good and tasty. After our meal we were taken to our room, the room was clean tidy and spacious. We soon settled down to a good night's sleep. The next morning breakfast was waiting for us and coffee was quickly provided. We only had time for a quick walk around the resort before heading off on our journey.

Loved it. I booked the studio but was pleasantly surprised to find this was in fact quite spacious. Yak Avenir has a laid back charm that matches the vibe in the village. They serve a delicious 3-course meal every night and the bar stocks an impressive collection of Belgian beers. I will definitively come back when in the area.
