From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well-maintained the entire hotel was. Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and welcoming, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. A special thanks goes to Vlrgemir, who truly made our experience exceptional. His politeness and helpful nature stood out immediately. He went above and beyond, answering all our questions with patience and ensuring we felt at home. He even helped us navigate the area and made excellent recommendations, all while being so genuinely kind and pleasant. Costume service perfect, Lotta was so lovely with us, and the rooms are such clean and quiet, the modern tv if you wanna use Netflix, there are many supermarkets around the hotel. It was incredible! Lapland Arctic Cabins is in a fantastic spot, just a 10-minute stroll from the city center. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with the cabin nestled on the shore of a huge lake that was frozen in December. There’s a restaurant nearby, and they’re finishing up their own restaurant soon. Milla, the host, was super friendly; she even lent our daughter a sleigh:-) Since we got there late, they offered to take us to a restaurant if the nearby one was closed. If we ever go back to Lapland, we’d definitely stay here again!
