L'atenció dels amfitrions va ser excepcional. Tracte molt proper i amable, molt atents, ens van fer recomanacions molt útils (i ens van resoldre dubtes!) i ens van explicar coses de l'illa. L'apartament és bonic i té unes vistes fabuloses. La cuina és un xic petita, però vaja, té de tot, i planejant no cuinar plats amb grans preparacions, ja queda resolt! Els amfitrions cuiden molt cada petit detall. Quan tornem a Tenerife, repetirem!

Apartaments molt equipats i confortables. Les vistes son espectaculars. Cal resaltar la neteja de tot l'hotel: ens van netejar l'apartament cada día i les instal•lacions comunes (piscina, tumbones, etc) feien una exhaustiva neteja cada matí. El personal molt amable. Molt recomanable si vols hospedar-te al sud de Tenerife i vols fugir de les zones massificades i sorolloses.

L’amabilitat de l’amfitrió només arribar i les vistes des de l’apartament. Tenia de tot i més; la cuina molt complerta, amplia i tot molt nou i net. Vam estar molt còmodes, sense dubte que si mai tornem a Tenerife, agafariem el mateix apartament. Llits còmodes, sofà ampli, WC complert…i molt bonic i ben decorat també.

Vam escollir aquest allotjament perquè està molt a prop de l'aeroport de Tenerife. La casa és molt bonica, l'habitació era gran, neta i molt acollidora. Els amos de l'hotel van ser molt amable i ens van oferir un esmorzar molt complet. va ser una estada molt agradable i tranquil.la.

La situació està davant del mar! L’apartament està Excel•lentment equipat no li falta detall!! El tracte rebut per Fàtima Excel.lent! Tot en general! Si torno a Tenerife repetiré!! Es necessita cotxe si o si per poder moure’t per la zona!

Les instal·lacions són molt bones i la localització també és fantàstica, al centre neuràlgic de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. El personal a més, és super amable i servicial, un 10! ara bé, és IMPOSSIBLE dormir per culpa del soroll de l'àtic.

Ubicació convenient prop de l'aeroport de Tenerife nord i a 10 min caminant del centre històric de La Laguna. Apartament confortable., llits còmodes, espaiós.

Apartament excel·lent, bones instal·lacions i personal MOLT amable i atent. Menjar i begudes molt bé de preu al restaurant. Si tornem a Tenerife repetirem.

L'apartament té tot el necessari per a passar uns dies a Tenerife. Tot funciona correctament. Ha complit les expectatives perfectament.

Absolutely immaculate and beautiful! Nicest resort I’ve ever been to! And the staff is remarkable- extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, accommodating…I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone and everything was! The dining options are outstanding as well! It was also wonderful that we could easily walk on the beach walk to the Catholic Church (San Sebastian). It was a nice, 10 minute walk. Also, everyone at the resort spoke perfect English, which was helpful as we are Americans.

The facility is located in a perfect location, 20 minutes from the city center and beautiful beaches. A great opportunity to take a walk after breakfast or lunch. There are parking spaces everywhere, that's what worried us the most. There are large parking lots by the beaches that are free. From the building on two sides there are beautiful botanical gardens and stairs A.C. The staff is friendly, our rooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning ladies regularly changed towels and made our beds. That thrilled me. The swimming pool is also part of the building. Recommendations and we will certainly return to the same facility.

perfect stuff, perfect service

All…. The Hotel is beautiful, the facilities super nice, the pool beautiful. I really loved it. Not far from Restaurants a 15 to 20 mins walk.

Amazingly resonable price for half-board, plus unlimited drinks(even beer) in dinner only paying 3 Euros. Breakfast and dinner buffets were so nice: delicious and a lot of variety of foods to choose, and main dish in dinner was always different everyday

What you see on the pictures is literally what you get :-) The apartment was really nice, big and cozy. The most important, it was really clean. Entrance area, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen with small dining area and balcony. You get everything you need for a stay in apartment. The staff was also nice and professional. You should also be aware that this location is not like other popular parts of Tenerife. So don't expect something extraordinary. There are a couple of beaches near (including one nudist beach), restaurants/bars, grocery stores. If you are up for partys and similar activities, bus connection is good, so you can reach other popular destinations and beaches in Tenerife, or call a Taxi (it is not expensive). If you want peace and some quiet time, then this is a perfect place for you.

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! See you soon Los Olivos :)

There was a great vibe, very relaxing, the facilities were brilliant and we appreciated the fantastic comfortable and spacious rooms with private amenities. Really unique place. Lovely breakfasts and friendly staff everywhere.

El servei d'animació infantil i la gentilesa de tot el personal en general, excel·lent relació qualitat - preu. Ha merescut la pena fins el darrer euro pagat
