The most amazing resort I have stayed in probably my life let alone Egypt. They give you the Maldive and cabana feel without the price tag. Everything exceeded our expectations. They cleaned our room twice daily and also offered so much more. There is no upgrade to have lunch and dinner included so just be prepared.

He surprised us with a beautifully personalized cake, a room adorned with balloons and roses, and the most thoughtful detail—changing the pillowcases to ones that said “Happy Anniversary.” It was such a heartfelt gesture, and it turned our celebration into a cherished memory we’ll hold onto forever. This level of care and attention is why we’ll keep choosing this property again and again. Knowing the owner is personally involved and genuinely cares about his guests makes all the difference. Marassi Boutique Hotel-Blanca es un alojamiento de 3 estrellas situado en El Alamein, a 9 min a pie de Playa Safi y a 36 km de Porto Marina. Firstly , massive shout out to Gomana and Ayman the receptionist. They were amazing in every single second in my business trip. In my first day I fully broke my phone and Gomana went above and beyond to helping me out. Furthermore, The airline lost my bag and Gomana and Ayman did not make me feel a single piece of stress. Very massive well done to their professionalism and service, it exceeds the standards of 7 star hotels abroad. Also from the restaurant, Soltan, Zaki and Abou Zeid they were the best I have ever dealt with and made me feel like home. Sometimes something’s I wanted were not available but they went the extra mile to get me whatever I want. Massive well done to the team and staff. The amount of care and follow up from hotel stuff once i booked and responsded to my requests for early checkin and romantic room decoration and late checkout as well, was realy raising my expecation that the stay is going to be exceptional, and truly from the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The first thing that stood out was the warmth and kindness of the staff. The crew went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and eager to help. A special shoutout to the manager, Mohamed Salah, whose professionalism and attention to detail made everything seamless. The rooms were beautifully daily decorated, blending traditional Siwan charm with modern comfort. Service was incredibly fast—whether it was room service or special requests, everything was handled promptly. One of the highlights was watching the sunrise from the room balcony. True to the hotel's name, the sunrise views were breathtaking, with a clear and wonderful overall view that felt like a dream. The hotel’s atmosphere is serene and cozy. The garden, complete with a water fountain that creates a mesmerizing sound of flowing water, and couple of cozy fireplaces, made the setting absolutely magical. Sitting by the fire in the evenings was so peaceful plus being served traditional tea pot, adding to the charm of the place. Dinner was another highlight—the food was fresh, delicious, and served with such care. The dining team made me feel truly at home, even when breakfast was servered in the room too. If you're looking for a delux, quiet, cozy retreat with outstanding service, stunning sunrise views, and a touch of Siwa's natural beauty, Sunrise Hotel is the place to be. I can't wait to visit again! Highly recommended!

Hamu was very helpful and kind. His cafe has a really beautiful mood and delicious drinks as well. I highly recommend mango juice. Though it was a bit cold at night, you can ask for an additional blanket as well.

What a warm welcome after a long wandering around the world! Everything was flawless: the best welcome drink I ever had (a green icy smoothie made with fresh herbs from the garden and served with freshly picked dates), an impeccably clean room and bathroom, fresh flowers, a smooth and discreet check-in procedure, a tasty breakfast, and five-star laundry services. Abdelfattah is such a great host! The place is much more beautiful than described in words and photos :) You will find places to rest, read, and have lunch and dinner with family, friends, or alone. It is big enough for groups, perfect for a retreat. You have a spacious, dedicated room to read, watch movies, listen to music, or release your new book in a small private group. The pool and sauna will complete the experience. Abdalahh, the manager, is the tourist guide you want in Siwa. He is experienced, efficient, a man of few words, with a respectful approach to different cultures, and he knows exactly how to show you places, and how to build moments/memories that can change your life. I missed the safari experience, so I definitely need to return :) About the location, I will say nothing. You need to go there and discover it by yourself. Waves of sunlight, the silent call of history, sunsets and sunrises, the calls for praying...everything around seems to embrace you calmly, peacefully.
