Giovanni was super nice and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was amazing and fancy. Minibar was stocked with soft drinks and snacks, all included in the room price. And the breakfast was really the best we had in Dominican Republic (and we spent there two weeks) - good quality Italian coffee, eggs, doughnut holes, empanadas, yogurt, sandwiches, huge fruit plate and more. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was in a residential area (so don't expect touristy things or sightseeing there), but close to the beach and super quiet.

All the stuff were friendly and helpful, amazing entertainment team which made our stay interesting as we participated in all kinds of activities organised at the resort. All the excursions were booked at the resort which is very convenient and secure and we enjoyed every single excursion, especially Saona island I would highly recommend this resort
