Set on the beach in Costa Rica’s Tortuguero National Park, El Icaco Tortuguero offer Caribbean Sea views from the common areas. You can observe the protected Green Turtle laying its eggs nearby. Nice hotel few steps from the ocean. Frontside cocktailbar with Oceanview. We liked the open way the building was, Galeries with rooms and open air in the middle. A little pool to cool off. Help from local staff at the debarkment to get to hotel and help to book excursions.

Location was quiet and near the main area to catch the boats and the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable with air con.

Located in Tortuguero, 400 metres from Tortuguero Beach, Tuanis Guest House provides air-conditioned rooms and a terrace. The staff, Jorge and Luis were super friendly and helpful. They told us everything we need to know about tours and Tortugueiro. Best place to eat and go etc. And the rooms very confty and nice

Boasting a terrace, bar and views of city, Hotel Sunset Rooms is set in Tortuguero, 100 metres from Tortuguero Beach. Very clean room with air-conditioning too. Good location and has a common area seats in front of the lake. The room we booked looks and feels new too. The room even has a fridge, not necessary but that was a good bonus.

Very nice hostess, always answers quick and such a wholesome person<3. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, own Bathroom, private space, hammocks, room is good protected against bugs and a spacious fridge. Less then 1 minute from the beach. Really fair for the price. 3 minute walk from to a supermarket. And 5-10minute to the port and other shops.

Situated in Tortuguero, in a building dating from 2000, 90 metres from Tortuguero Beach, Cabinas Balcon del Mar Tortuguero provides a garden and guestrooms with free WiFi. Great location. Very close to the beach and national park. Short walk to town. Hammocks to rest in outside. Quiet at night. I could hear the sound of the waves. Ask for a map of the town because at first it’s a little confusing. I think mostly locals stay here. No AC but it wasn’t needed. My room had 3 beds and a fan for each bed. The proprietor used an app to translate his Spanish into English for me. I was very pleased with this place.
