Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were able to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible (organising Zhangjiajie entrance tickets, ordering food delivery, booking airport transfers). Room was clean, spacious and the hotel had everything we needed. Located away from the main town but close to one of the less frequented scenic areas.

The staff was very helpful, and Mary really helped us to prepare our routes and gave us a lot of helpful advice(and with good English!). They also helped us with booking a taxi to the airport(not very far) so the entire stay was smooth.
