Bed is very comfortable, AC working well, towels are provided as well as bath accessories. The most important, the staff is so very kind and helpful every time, they have contacted me via WhatsApp in advance to make sure the checkin is smooth and fast. This is a place I can recommend to anyway, it exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

struttura sopra la media per Sandakan. edificio più moderno degli altri si trova accanto al centro commerciale, proprio sul mare comodo punto d’appoggio per i tour nel borneo. personale super cortese e sempre disponibile. camera di dimensioni non super comode se si hanno due valigie grosse. con zaini meglio. bagno carino per gli standard della città e il prezzo non ci possiamo lamentare. è l’hotel forse più europeo dell città. i turisti sono molti. la colazione non è molto da europei, ma ci si arrangia.

Si tratta del classico hotel economico di buona qualità che si trova nel Sabah. Senza indulgere in lussi troverete tutto quello che serve: letti comodi, doccia funzionale, the e caffè con distributore di acqua calda e fredda nella sala comune, un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata e un wi fi stabile e potente, tra i migliori del nostro viaggio nel Borneo. La struttura è a due passi dal waterfront, dove ci sono diversi locali carini, affacciati sul mare, in cui cenare o bere qualcosa.

The view is stunning, the pool and surroundings are clean and well-maintained. It's comfortable and perfect for a family trip. My family booked two units with three rooms, and it was an amazing experience. My nieces and nephews had so much fun on this trip!

Everything was excellent! The spacious 1 bedroom suite was amazing with steam shower and whirlpool bath. We had balcony facing swimming pool and the beach. Very quiet place with not so many people around...you can have the beach just for yourself most of the day. Cleaning every day. Staff very helpfull..organized for us car rental, airport transfer and trips. The place is a bit remote (restaurants are in the Nexus hotel nearby-free transfer) or you can walk along the beach. I loved that we got a pocket wifi..so we could stay connected everywhere.

Relaxing and comfortable environment, private beach and pools, washing machine & dryer (also detergent) available at common area (free). Upgraded my room to sea view suite upon check-in, and have a separate bathroom & bathtub. Pool fling available, and the manager customize the menu for me as a lot of foods were out of stock during the stay due to new year. I love it! Also not to forget friendly and helpful staffs around, one of the staff helped to carry my luggage to the room. Tips: It’s suggested for you to bring mosquito repellent spray as there is a lot of mosquito-nature surroundings. Travel light weight, it might be a little challenging to carry heavy suitcase on the pad walkway if your room is further down.

Lovely small independent resort that's been around since 1995, but has been beautifully and immaculately maintained. Alot of local wood is used everywhere, gardens with plantings The location is on the edge of Kundasan with a great view of the mountain. There is a large viewdeck to watch the sunset behind the mountain and surrounding range, and see sunrise as light falls on the foothills. Rooms are spacious with indoor seating area facing the mountain thru large windows. There's also a large balcony with seating to watch the view The staff are very friendly. The food is ok but tourist grade - best advice is to stay w standard Malaysian dishes and avoid western dishes. There is a separate bar that they will open for you, since the restaurant is halal
