Booked this last minute and was not disappointed. All staff were fantastic & couldn't of done any more for me. Meal was lovely and was handy having the laundry facility there. Mackay wasn't on my intinary to stop but the staff made this an enjoyable stay, and took away from the stress of not being able to reach my original destination of Airlie Beach due to road closures and weather conditions.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, bar and views of pool, Boomerang Hotel is located in Mackay, 4 km from BB Print Stadium Mackay. Staff were great, we were coming in on a late flight and the staff accommodated to this, the cooked the three of us food ready for arrival which was around an hour after the kitchen had closed, the room had a microwave and was clean.
