Great staff. Great place for a quiet holiday. We will definitely return!

The stuff is very nice! The room itself is clean, warm, everything is new. Shower has really hot water, they have warm floors, kitchen and all the cutlery tea, coffee, water, fridge. Included breakfast is delicious. The restaurant at the property is also really nice.

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

I made a very affordable reservation and when I asked why it was almost free, the guesthouse owners explained that every month they do promotions and there are days when it is very cheap and I am one of those lucky ones.

Especially Mr. Vahak was a real gentleman. He was perfect. If we come back to Sevan, Sevano would be our first and only choice. Ladies there were nice too. For our budget it was good overall.
