This hotel was beyond our expectations. The front desk staff Stephanie allowed me to check in early and upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind and unexpected. Due to my long flight from Ecuador I was able to go to my room and rest. The breakfast was included and it has great selection. The bed is very comfy! My husband was using the gym and spa and we just felt like we were home. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping and kitchen staff.

When we travel, comfort as well as value, is very important. Hampton Inn Howell hit both those marks. The beds were soft but firm. The breakfast was delicious with quite a variety to choose from. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We hughly recommend them and would definitely stay there again.

Holiday Inn Express - South Haven, an IHG Hotel features accommodation in South Haven. With a fitness centre, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant (not the young girls assisting her) was very short with people. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It just seems like there's a certain temperment a person needs to have for that job that doesn't take the request of guests personally.

Set in Gaylord, 36 km from Monument Golf Course, Comfort Inn & Suites Gaylord offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking and a shared lounge. Our whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed because it offered a pool and hot tub. Our family used them a few times every day that we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and we used the common area of the hotel a few times during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson left his stuffed animal in the room at check out. The front desk called right away when housekeeping found it. Luckily we hadn't left town and we went back to pick it up. We will be returning to this hotel next time we are in town. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded all our expectations.

It was pleasant to have a small kitchen in the room, which assisted with having teenagers on the trip. The room was clean and ready for us. We appreciated the staff allowing us a complimentary 1pm check out time which again, helped with the teenagers to sleep in a little and not be rushed.
