The staff at the tent restaurant, at the bar, at the beach front & the front desk were excellent. Mr Koi who rxd & dropped us back to the airport manifested a good image of the hotel. The housekeeping team was one of the best that I’ve come across so far; their way of tidying up the room was par excellence & they set very high standards for all to emulate.

Located a short walk away from Chalok Baan Kao Bay, MAR24 Koh Tao Hotel features an outdoor pool and sun terrace. Very nice hotel, clean with a nice little pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 100 stars for service!!

Located on a hill, Palm Coco Mantra offers a peaceful retreat in Lamai. It features an outdoor pool, a restaurant and air-conditioned units with a private balcony. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided.... Everything is good. The staff is very helpful and smily!

Situated in Chaweng, 200 metres from Chaweng Beach, Mercure Samui Chaweng Tana features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Large modern rooms with big windows and huge comfortable beds and amazing showers. The staff were friendly and super helpful when I approached them about a problem with the TV.

Zama Resort Koh Phangan is located along Haad Chao Phao Beach in Koh Phangan, a 10-minute walk to Secret Beach. One of my best stays in Thailand. Everything was perfect. The location is great. The breakfasts are amazing. The cats, the views, the beach, the restaurant... The atmosphere of the place. The hospitality is incredible; many other property owners could really just come here to learn how to do things properly. The stay here will be one of my best memories from the island.

Banana Fan Sea Resort is located on the tranquil southern tip of Chaweng Beach, within a stroll of its entertainment and shopping spots. The two bed villa with pool, right on the beachfront was amazing ... the buffet breakfast had so much choice with top notch coffee made each morning with a smile! Happy hour cocktails each afternoon at the pool/beach bar was a nice way to ease into the evening, where a gourmet hotel dinner on beach under the stars rounded off a perfectly relaxed holiday day.

Situated on Bo Phut Beach, NH Collection Samui Peace Resort offers 1 outdoor pool and an outdoor restaurant. Its spacious bungalows feature a private terrace with sea or garden views. This place is a paradise! everything was really perfect, and I mean EVERYTHING! That’s the perfect place for young couples with kids but also for everyone. Everything was new and clean! the swimming pool with a sea view was large and super nice with a lot of sun beds. The beach is super close and also was amazing. the hotel has free kayaks and saps for guests. the restaurant had good food and kids menu. for small kids there was a playground and kids room, which was really cool to have. In-house massage was the best, I tried also outside and was so different from the one in the hotel! Ask for Kong for your massage and you will never regret. and actually the prices were really low for the resort. we had a premier bungalow and it was huge and clean. also the staff was very helpful, especially Sandra and Jane who helped us a lot. the resort is very peaceful, absolutely recommended!

Excellent location with beautiful beachfront. Fantastic staff, with clear purpose and superb hospitality skills. Loved Candy and her Team at the Level. Baw and his Team at the pool were very active and always available to serve with a smile. Breakfast chef, and Team service at breakfast was impeccable!
