The staff was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The Japanese breakfast was so good. We enjoyed soaking in the onsen after long days exploring the area. The hotel is close to downtown and restaurants.

Tennis courts and beautiful natural hot spring baths, Kusatsu Now Resort is a 5-minute drive from Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal. Rooms have large windows with nature views. Love the private onsen. Well designed and spacious of the room. Hotel even provide a small bottle of champagne for us. What we see on the website regarding the room and the hotel surrounding is exactly what we see when we there. 👍 We also love the public onsen where there is indoor and outdoor. Love the unlimited snow crab dinner buffet. Hotel also has a lot of nice, comfortable resting area. Love the hotel able to provide transport to bus terminal and Yabatake town.

Ubytovanie Hotel EL Utsunomiya 7 free parking s 5 hviezdičkami sa nachádza v destinácii Utsunomiya a ponúka súkromné balkóny. The location was great. It was very easy to find and accessing the room was easy. Literally right across the street from Utsunomiya Station. We could even see it from our room. We liked that there were so many beds, it was spacious, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was spotless and came with free food such as microwaveable pasta, water, etc (1 per guest). The TV is huge and we could watch Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is on the top floor so noise was never a problem. My favorite part of place was probably the bathroom. It was BIG, AND the tub is a jacuzzi! All amenities, dishes and the such were included so the place actually felt like home.

Absolutely love how child-friendly the hotel is. My children (3&1) loved the baby room with the toy kitchen, and the floor we were on had a small play space by the elevator, the wonderful play area inside and outside is fantastic and the buffet included children’s food & baby food. Just spectacular! My eldest experienced onsen for the first time and it was so spacious and easy for him to get around, he loved it! Me and hubby also loved the lounge evening drinks & snacks (which included sweets for the children - amazing) Thank you to the staff who spoke English for my check in!
