Thyesza Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Ambarita. With free WiFi, this 2-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The hotel features family rooms. Had a very good time here, is a bit outside the city and less busy. Rooms were cheap, food was good, also inexpensive. I rented a motor-bike from them for low-speed island scouting, also cheap. Isac helped us a lot & in depth with travel arrangements, Everybody else was also very kind, as is the whole island. Generally, the worst thing that can happen in Sumatra, is that people will be upset with themselves after a language misunderstanding. How anyone would be angry with people so genuinely nice all the time, I don't know ;-)

Mas Cottages ligger 3 meter fra innsjøen Toba. Her tilbys enkelt innredede rom med eksteriør i tradisjonell batakneseisk stil. Good location, beautiful views, kind and helpfull staff.
