This was a great little find on my trip through Spain. The staff were really helpful, the little pool was lovely and the rooms were perfect for the overnight stop.

Hospes Palacio de Arenales dates back to the 17th century and was formally the holiday residence of a noble family. This 5-star hotel offers a wellness centre and spa. I liked the quality of everything, attitude, nature, environment, food, the room, cosmetics in the room, big free parking etc. Everything perfect, thank you. And location for drivers is very cool.

Located in a quiet and pretty residential area of Cáceres, this elegant hotel offers free Wi-Fi and chic rooms. The outdoor pool is set within gardens. I had booked quite a few overnight stays, on a road trip to Portugal. all of the hotels were four stars. This was one of the few, which lived up to it’s rating.

Housed in a former convent, built in the 15th century, the Parador de Plasencia hotel has kept its stunning, original architecture, including spacious hallways, archways and courtyards. The Parador is exceptional !!! The bar in the bodega and the wellness center with sauna, jacuzzi was a great surprise. The staff at the reception were very kind.
