Travelling with a child the ladies at the spa and the kitchen went above and beyond and make sure we are feeling welcomed, even though we missed the assigned time window. The cleaning personnel was prompt and polite when they found us in the room. We came for a relaxing weekend with some friends and 2 days at the pool. We found what we came for. The hotel has all facilities one could ask for and the reception lady was kind enough to check us in way earlier than the initial check-in hour, and we thank her for that, and for her availability every time we had a request. :)Damian RazvanGroup
