We were welcomed by Richard and he has a welcoming smile. That's a good start for me knowing that the caretaker is approachable. I like that it's quite big for our family. The bedsheets on both rooms are new and clean. The room does not have a bad smell. We were given free gallon of water, dishwashing soap and sponge. I also like that the karaoke is located on the 2nd floor and so it won't disturb those who don't prefer noise(like our lolas or kids who needs to rest/sleep).

    The pool have nice warm temp. Having a basketball ring is a plus. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and ACs are working. The kitchen utensils are complete at least for our needs. Staff is friendly, very accomodating. Place really looks nice!

    1. I love the pool. The pool is clean and I think half the Olympic size so I really enjoyed swimming and exercising. 2. I love the gym especially the top of the line treadmill. I was able to do my routine inclined workout for 30 minutes. 3. I love the breakfast. The omelet is perfect as well as the brewed coffee.

    The rooms are neat and quiet. The staff are courteous and hospitable. The location is just a few kilometers from UPLB and walking distance to the town proper. We literally owned the pool during our stay. Good value for money....

    The staff are friendly and accommodating; clean rooms and property; and value for money. It offers a great view of Mt. Makiling as well, with a pool and open space. The location is actually quite far from the main road, BUT I enjoyed the walk. You may also take a tricycle from the main road going in to Mt Data street if you are carrying stuff such as heavy luggage. We stayed here because it's the nearest hotel from the UP Los Banos campus. We will definitely come back here for our next trip.
