The serenity here is really nice, but the electronics are quite outdated. There’s no Netflix available, and the only channels you can watch are aerial channels. The facilities need significant upgrades; it's 2024, after all! Which hotels still don’t have TVs that can access Netflix and YouTube?

Hotel is new and fresh and clean and obviously well designed what you expect from MGallery. Lots of well planned details. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Loved the gym and the views to the forest. Tasty breakfast. Also big plus for the hotel manager who after few service shortcomings made it up to our stay with offering an opportunity to refresh and shower before our flight after we checked out.

The staff was super from start to end. Very helpful and accommodating. Location is central to Museum, CBD, Markets, Malls and restaurants. Mister Wok on premises was convenient. I would have given a 10 for my stay if it was not for the warm water in the showers. No water pressure on 2 occasions. It was a pity because they came to repair and then next time again no pressure.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The room was clean, bathroom was particularly very very good. I loved the hot water system. There is a lift to take you to the hotel floor. There is a swimming area upstairs.
The food was very delicious and the staff were really freindly. They did not refuse for anything, they were doing whatever was capable for them to do. The pool was so warm and the Sauna was really awesome. It was worth money spending.
