What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Mr.Safwan He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of his way to ensure my stay was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to his helpful recommendations, he truly made me feel at home. Thank you for making my visit so memorable! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and other service of hotel as break fast, swiming pool and sawna. The receptionist (Asma) was very kind and helpful, and all the staff were as well.

I would like to thank the very friendly staff and the manager who took care of our comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel had an amazing breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good and has a great access to the main roads. Plus the fact that all the cab(Taxi) drivers know very well where the hotel is located because of the popularity of the hotel. I asked the hotel whether it was possible to check in a little bit earlier because of my early arrival (Early in the morning), and they notified me that it was possible to check in at 09:00 o’clock in the morning, which i really appreciated. Because we(my brother and i) are both asthmatic, i asked the hotel via a message whether it was possible to get a non-smoking room. At first, they said that they would do their best, but once there they gave us a suite in stead of a regular room for the same agreed price that i was presented while booking, which was a big and nice surprise and i really was thankful for it. General information for other travelers: The Taxi price from the hotel to the downtown(Mawlawi street) and vice verca cost us 5000 Iraqi Dinar ($3,33) to max 6000 Iraqi Dinar ($4) and from the Airport to the hotel 25000 Iraqi Dinar($16 to $17) and from the hotel to the Airport before midnight 5000 ($3,33) to max 6000 Iraqi Dinar ($4) and after midnight 10000 ($6,66) to 15000 iraqi Dinar ($10) and some even asked 25000 iraqi Dinar ($16 to $17). I would say negotiate the price with the cab-Driver.
