The selection of saunas provided a perfect way to relax and unwind, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and cozy, making it hard to leave. Rooms are clean and the bed like a cloud - the best sleep we have had. Hotel management and staff are so polite, helpful and made our stay so relaxed. Facilities are over the top - outdoor hydropool, large and warm swimming pool, steam room, 2 type of sauna, salt and ice room - what could be better for a weekend away! Plus much more at the spa. Thank you Macdonald Berystede Hotel for everything and will visit you again!
