Boasting a terrace and views of pool, La Bergerie - Gîte et Chambres d'Hôtes is a guest house set in a historic building in Roz-sur-Couesnon, 12 km from Mont Saint Michel Abbey.

Very cosy little room - ours was painted entirely in dove blue. There is a lovely pool in the garden with chill-out facilities. Unfortunately, it wasn't that warm during our visit, so we didn't try it out. Breakfast is served in the communal room with kitchenette, which you can also use privately. The breakfast is classic French, with all the trimmings. The landlord has good tips and excursion destinations. Don't forget to visit the llamas and the neighbouring donkeys.

    The concept is a good one: self catering cottages close to Cancale. The swimming pool was a real bonus. There is a small shop on site for essentials and you can order fresh bread for the morning. The staff I encountered were all friendly.

    We were very happy with the room however as we are British it could have had T / Coffee making facilities if only basic Breakfast was very good, the restaurant decorations were super and there was a nice atmosphere House keeping excellent The staff were amazing Swimming pool was very good and Towels provided.

    Lovely helpful staff great little heated swimming pool Comfort room was small but well designed Could do with a fridge and a kettle ..     Very charming hotel,in a countryside setting that is still only a short drive to Cancale and 20 mins from St Malo. We all agreed we’d have loved to stay a few more nights. Great breakfast and the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were both nice too.

    Well equipped acommodation set in a quiet and well kept "village". Lovely swimming pool especially for children. The pool was set half indoors, half outdoors and the water temp was warm. Sauna available. Unfortunately the restaurant was not operating during our stay but the area is full of lovely restaurants. Great fresh bread and croissants availabe to order daily. All in all a very pleasant holiday complex which we look forward to returning to.
