The location is near restaurant's and stores in the center. It's a nice hotel with a lot of space. The rooms are good, the pool seemed nice even though we haven't used it cause of the rain. The view is great: Arenal volcano (if you see it from the fog). Breakfast was pretty nice. Some hardcore meals like pulled pork, but of course gallo pinto, eggs, pancakes... Coffee and tea all day is a nice touch. The best part was the free pass into the hot springs in another hotel. We took uber and it was around 5 dollars in one direction. They give you towels.

We were treated very nicely. We got tipps for activities, what to do. The room was very nice, within the garden with many plants and flowers where you could see quite a few birds. The view of the volcano was nice, when it wasn't raining too hard. There wasn't a breakfast option during our stay, but there were possibilities of getting breakfast - and also dinner - nearby, a few minutes by foot..

This place is made by its people. The manager Leonardo is the soul of this small hotel. Maybe it’s not much fancy and chic but it’s really nice and clear. You have breakfast at the terrace together with colourful birds and squirrels who are having their breakfast. There’s a small but well cared pool. And don’t forget about frog tour with Leonardo.

We liked everything. Our apartment was huge, clean, with A/C. The hotel has games, a small pool, hammocks. The restaurant has really nice food and amazing views of the Arenal volcano along with birds in the surrounding gardens. Finally, the hotel offers a lot of tours.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. The room was spacious and the private Jacuzzi was an absolute hit for the whole family. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent and the restaurant had live music every night. We would definitely come back.
