We got a hell of a deal through booking.com and thought that would be a great opportunity to celebrate our anniversary in style. We weren't disappointed. The hotel is stunning, in perfect condition, miraculously clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff wonderful. I loved the layout of the room and the space. I had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast buffet at W Melbourne during my stay, and I was really impressed with the selection. It’s not often that hotels go the extra mile to accommodate dietary restrictions, but W Melbourne really nailed it. They offered a great variety of options, including gluten-free bread and a dedicated toaster for those with gluten sensitivities, which is rare and much appreciated. It’s clear that the hotel is mindful of guests with allergies, making it an inclusive experience for people with various dietary needs. The spread itself was diverse, with fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and plenty of healthy options, so there’s something for everyone. It made for a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. If you have specific dietary requirements, this is definitely a hotel where you’ll feel taken care of!

The room was absolutely fantastic - so well equipped and very comfortable. Beds and pillows were great, ample wardrobe, sitting area, a wonderful bathroom with a great shower and a kitchenette that would have been used more if we weren't just there for a night! Location was literally opposite the Queen Vic markets and there was a great cafe next door. Staff were very helpful and kept bags for us after checkout.
