Boasting a terrace, barbecue facilities and views of river, Keweenaw Waters Resort is situated in Houghton, 22 km from Keweenaw National Historical Park. Family was from Washington state, so this was a great place to introduce them to the UP. We also went looking for yooperlites. Had success! Loved the view, City life to the right, rural life to the left. Definitely telling other friends and family members to check Keweenaw Waters Resort.

Cornell Home with Fire Pit and Hunting Access! is situated in Cornell. This holiday home features 2 bedrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave. We loved everything about our stay. It was quiet, comfortable and so relaxing. We loved having bonfires in the evenings, enjoyed the scenery around the cabin and honestly not having a TV was wonderful. It got us all to unplug and enjoy our family time to the fullest. We traveled to several different areas during the day and enjoyed coming back to the cabin in the evening to make supper and relax. Having a washer and dryer there was so helpful. The cabin was clean and nicely stocked with towels and extra bedding/blankets. It was a little home away from home.

Set in Munising, Michigan region, Scotty's Motel is situated 35 km from Eben Ice Caves. The nearest airport is Sawyer International Airport, 84 km from the hotel. Everything was wonderful! I only wish I had time to try the sauna but there were too many waterfalls to see 😊 The greenhouse in the back is adorable!

Everything looks new. The bed was so comfy I woke up thinking I was at home. My husband even liked the coffee in the room and he is particular! We had to drive a couple miles back into town for dinner which was amazing. Went to Rapid River Bar and Grill and being Friday night, they had an excellent fish fry, although their menu had lots of good selections. Drinks were $3.50 (wine/whiskey) which is unheard of. We will definitely stay there again if we travel that way.
