One minute walk to local ,traditional Portuguese restaurant, serving delicious food in the evening. A memorable place. Highly recommended.

The property was cute and lovely a family home from grandparents. It was comfortable and very close to the airport - walking distance less than 15mins walk. It was close to a great Indian restaurant which had delicious food and such a variety.

We appreciated the breakfast and also the location. It’s just around the corner to lots of restaurants. Our room had even earplugs and was spacious. Mel the owners dog was so well behaving and cute.

You are right in front of the beach with beautiful views in a very small and quiet village. The perfect place to relax. Also the host Jose is a fantastic guy, he was super available and responded fast to all of our questions. We will stay in this little slice of heaven on earth again and again in a heartbeat💚

It is located in a rural area, and the small way leading up to the gate might lower your expectations. But what a place. An amiable and likable host - Miguel - welcomed us as the season's first guests and we had the whole establishment ourselves. The country house is very modern and minimalistic and has all amenities you could ask for. Swimming pool, pool table, sun beds, huge garden with loads of fruit trees. The breakfast was served in the garden and was delicious and included all you could dream of including eggs as you like them. And they are from their own chicken. Miguel makes sure the visit has a personal touch and you always feel welcome when approaching him. He managed table reservations and we could arrange a wine tasting. We would have stayed longer if we could - but will come back.

Offering an outdoor pool, Casa Modesta is located in Quatrim do Sul, 6.5 km from Olhão city centre. Free WiFi access is available in this guest house. Staff members were incredibly kind. The property was immaculate and scenery was tranquil. Felt like we were in someone's home with access to the kitchen, drinks, fresh fruit from the trees. The rooms are well appointed, access to bikes, shower was wonderful, bed was comfortable, thick towels, black out shades & air conditioning a plus, view from room was gorgeous. Best of all - the breakfast was incredible and served by Carlos & Nonu who are so kind and bring their adorable dogs along in the morning.
