They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and have wonderful stories to share. I was incredibly lucky to spend some time cooking and learning how to make flower crowns with them. This was truly an unforgettable experience. If you are visiting Teahupoo, you should absolutely stay here.

The host, Manu went above and beyond. He not only met us to give us the keys, he called and secured a place for us to eat just before they closed and actually took us there. The next day as we struggled to get a Taxi, he came and picked us up, took us to a place that the locals frequent for some breakfast, and showed us the true spirit and hospitality of French Polynesia. If we ever fly into Papeete, we will stay here again. Highly recommended and modern accomodations, centrally located.
