Best of all are the "resident dish and laundry fairies", who take care of dishes and laundry while you're away during the day - eliminating the things that I dislike the most while traveling (or at home, to be honest), so I didn't have to worry about them at all. Truly one of the best services I've encountered, and at no additional cost at all. The unit is very comfortable with everything that we needed, and the location was nice and quiet but also not far to Queenstown or Arrowtown by car.

I liked everything about it. I was made to feel very welcome and was impressed with the attention to detail. I am only sorry I couldn't stay a little longer.
