This was my second time staying at Arte and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. From the greeting at the lobby, to the smooth check-in, to the rooms and endless facilities, there is just so much for everyone to enjoy and each area / roof pool / restaurant, has very high quality service and staff. There is nothing the staff can't do for you or questions they can't answer...they are all so well informed about the product that is Xcaret and it is a wonderful experience to stay there. The food in this hotel is on ANOTHER LEVEL to all hotels in the region. The flavours and selection of food just blows my minds. The main buffet has to be the biggest and best buffet in any hotel I have been to around the world...the choices inside for authentic Mexican cuisine are ENDLESS and everything is just bursting with flavour. I really enjoyed kayaking there and relaxing by the beach area. It's just stunning in that area with an incredible design, which makes a person feel like they are on an island and not in Playa del Carmen. Without a doubt I will return again to this hotel and I'm already looking forward to the next trip!

I have been to a lot of hotels in my life and this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my whole life, it was an exceptional experience, so clean and comfortable, they have upgraded me for my honeymoon. Lots of choices, about 10 restaurants, 3 caffès and 4 swimming pools. Staff were super friendly and hospitality standards are top notch

One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the spa for a couples massage and hydrotherapy experience. The spa was tranquil and beautifully designed, creating a calming escape within the resort. Our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, leaving us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience. It was such a memorable way to unwind together, and we’d highly recommend it for any couple visiting the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, with decor that felt luxurious and high-end. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail, creating an ambiance that was both stylish and comfortable. We stayed in the preferred section of the resort and loved the added touches, including a hot tub on the balcony—such a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The resort’s restaurants were fantastic, with a variety of options that catered to every palate. Each meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Whether we were dining at the gourmet French restaurant, enjoying a more casual poolside lunch, or indulging in some late-night room service, the food was consistently excellent. The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

The location is 10/10, really central and across the road from the beach, and two minutes from the main bars/restaurants drag so not noisy at night. Spacious, comfortable, the roof terrace is fantastic, love that it has a quiet leafy courtyard with a pool, and also the resident cat is adorable!

This is an adult-only hotel, that offers luxury amenities, A/C, a minibar, healthy snacks, 24th security, and room service. We had such a fantastic stay at Hotel Muare—it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the team on-site made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Their response time via WhatsApp was incredibly quick, which made everything so easy and seamless for any questions and requests, including matters about spa and room service. The entire property is immaculate—everything was always spotless, perfectly maintained, and cared for. The pool and property were cleaned every morning. We didn’t see a single bug during our stay, but it was thoughtful that they provided spray just in case. The little details make a big difference here, from the free parking to the overall vibe of relaxation and architecture. Everything was just perfect! One small suggestion for the future would be to adjust the path leading to the property, as it could be made a bit easier for cars. But honestly, it’s a minor thing compared to how high-quality and well-maintained everything else is and I’m sure it doesn’t even depend on them.
