プラヤ・デル・カルメン・マリタイム・ターミナルから8.8kmのHotel Xcaret Arte - All Parks All Fun Inclusive - Adults... This was my second time staying at Arte and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. From the greeting at the lobby, to the smooth check-in, to the rooms and endless facilities, there is just so much for everyone to enjoy and each area / roof pool / restaurant, has very high quality service and staff. There is nothing the staff can't do for you or questions they can't answer...they are all so well informed about the product that is Xcaret and it is a wonderful experience to stay there. The food in this hotel is on ANOTHER LEVEL to all hotels in the region. The flavours and selection of food just blows my minds. The main buffet has to be the biggest and best buffet in any hotel I have been to around the world...the choices inside for authentic Mexican cuisine are ENDLESS and everything is just bursting with flavour. I really enjoyed kayaking there and relaxing by the beach area. It's just stunning in that area with an incredible design, which makes a person feel like they are on an island and not in Playa del Carmen. Without a doubt I will return again to this hotel and I'm already looking forward to the next trip!

I have been to a lot of hotels in my life and this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my whole life, it was an exceptional experience, so clean and comfortable, they have upgraded me for my honeymoon. Lots of choices, about 10 restaurants, 3 caffès and 4 swimming pools. Staff were super friendly and hospitality standards are top notch

This is one of the most charming Airbnbs I have visited. I Have traveled in Asia, North Am, and Europe, but this Airbnb was different. It was beautiful beyond words. When I entered it from the street, it felt like I walked into a universe of art, heritage and warmth. I also met some interesting travellers like art historians etc. Highly recommended when visiting Merida. Also staff is polite, courteous and responsible.

One of the highlights of our trip was our visit to the spa for a couples massage and hydrotherapy experience. The spa was tranquil and beautifully designed, creating a calming escape within the resort. Our massage therapists were incredibly skilled, leaving us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The hydrotherapy circuit was equally luxurious, with soothing water treatments that felt like a perfect addition to the experience. It was such a memorable way to unwind together, and we’d highly recommend it for any couple visiting the resort. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful, with decor that felt luxurious and high-end. Whether we were dining at the gourmet French restaurant, enjoying a more casual poolside lunch, or indulging in some late-night room service, the food was consistently excellent. The grounds of the resort were stunning, meticulously maintained with lush landscaping, and felt like an oasis. We especially loved the peaceful, beautifully landscaped pathways and vibrant flowers throughout. Whether lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the views were picture-perfect at every turn.

The rooms are nicely decorated, they are spacious, modern and extremely clean. The bar area invites for a welcome drink and the hotel has got a beautiful small restaurant which we decided to try out and it was the best decision ever !! The food was delicious and the ambience was really special. The lighting around the pool created a beautiful setting for a peaceful dinner with a delicious glass of vino. The breakfast in the morning was equally tasty. We would definitely stay here again !!!
