Yurt camp Sonun is a recently renovated campground in Bokonbayevo, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. We spent 2 nights at the camp and everything was just perfect. The yurt was big and clean, the bed very comfy, there are plugs to recharge your devices and the shared showers and toilet are very clean and have hot water running all day. The staff was always smiling, attentive and very helpful when we had a little mechanical problem with our rented car. The food served is tasty, healthy and abundant. The camp is just ten minutes walking from a nice, little beach frequented by locals. I would definitely come back and I strongly recommend this facility if you want to explore the Southern part of Issyk kul lake .
