Everyone spoke English and very willing to help out if needed. Great food in restaurant and room service. Will be back here on our next trip to Tokyo since we feel its our home from now on.

シエルコート サンシャイン is situated in the Katsushika district of Tokyo, 70 metres from Bronze statue of Genzo Wakabayashi, 300 metres from Shoganji Temple and 1.5 km from Hikifunegawa Water Park. Property as described. Very clean. 5 min walk from subway station but a bit far from the city. But quiet at night and bed was comfortable. The host is super friendly and kind-hearted. She offered early check-in which I did not ask. I asked about possible late check-out and she said no new booking and I was welcome to stay as needed.
