Such a mesmerizing atmosphere, very comfortable, but also historical and so connected to nature! The food was beyond excellent! We liked everything, and would like to come again and again :) Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The room was comfortable and pretty quiet and spacious. All of the staff I encounter could speak English pretty well. (No offense) Shopping district is nearby. And lastly there is a train station beneath the hotel.

The visit exceeded our expectations and we have visited 4 different 5 Stars Hotels in Tokio. The feeling when you enter the Hotel, you feel like you are in another world. Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling, Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station. Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect. The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem. We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.

Property as described. Very clean. 5 min walk from subway station but a bit far from the city. But quiet at night and bed was comfortable. The host is super friendly and kind-hearted. She offered early check-in which I did not ask. I asked about possible late check-out and she said no new booking and I was welcome to stay as needed.
