Situated in the center of Tokyo, Ascott Marunouchi Tokyo is 800 metres from Tokyo Station. Elegantly furnished rooms located on the upper floors boast city views. Excellent location for Imperial Palace and offices around Tokyo Station. Relatively easy to get to by metro from Hanada (about 40 minutes, with one change). Immaculate cleanliness, service and views. The deluxe room was the largest I have ever had in Japan; more than adequate size for a business traveller with well-equipped, modern kitchen, separate living area and top of the range shower/bathroom.

Set within a historic Japanese garden, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers spacious rooms with garden or city views and free Wi-Fi. It has a very nice atmosphere if you like classic design. A bit too Western but beautiful. The Gardens are spectacular. Make sure you see the Silk Clouds and Tokyo Moon show. I recommend experiencing it both in the evening and during the day. Nice spa, although onsen has only one pool. Very clean.

Facing the Imperial Palace, the luxurious Shangri-La Tokyo is conveniently situated right next to JR Tokyo Station. The visit exceeded our expectations and we have visited 4 different 5 Stars Hotels in Tokio. The feeling when you enter the Hotel, you feel like you are in another world. Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling, Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station. Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect. The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem. We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.
