The couple are very nice,they pick me up in the station and send me to the tourist attractions.They are very friendly and even prepare a very very nice breakfast for me.I feel like home with their treatment.This Japanese traditional style house has more than 100 years.So if you want to try the Japanese style house for a night.It will be highly recommended.All in all,I'm highly recommend to stay here for a night.In other words,it's lucky for the traveler to choose Mekiki.If I still go here for traveling.Of course I will still choose Mekiki.

Set within a renovated Japanese-style house surrounded by calm nature, 一棟貸し宿Kusuburu House chartered accommodation offers pet-friendly accommodation in Okinoshima. The house is equipped with traditional Japanese furniture and really cute souvenirs. The host couple was super friendly and we can only recommend having dinnner at Kusuburu house - the food was delicious. We even went fishing with the host and he prepared the fish we caught right after as Sashimi and fried fish - one of our favorite experiences during our four weeks in Japan. We really hope to be able to visit Kusuburu House one day again.

The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful; because I am traveling with my pet, I was in the Annex, which exceeded my wildest dreams in terms of comfort and privacy. The town is a small seaside area in a quiet bay, with a gorgeous Shinto temple and absolutely beautiful historic area. I can't wait to come back once I'm better at Japanese, I suspect there's much more to be discovered in this area! Oooh, and oh my god, the food! I went for the half board, and was absolutely blown away by the variety, quality, and presentation of my meals. I am so grateful for my time here.

The property is such good value for money, beautiful wooden interior with a floor-to-ceiling window looking out into the forest. Bathtub is divine. Wifi, bluetooth speaker both added to the atmosphere. There is a fireplace too in case you stay in the cooler months. Highly recommend!
