The room was comfortable and pretty quiet and spacious. All of the staff I encounter could speak English pretty well. (No offense) Shopping district is nearby. And lastly there is a train station beneath the hotel.

Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling, Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station. Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect. The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem. We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.

Property as described. Very clean. 5 min walk from subway station but a bit far from the city. But quiet at night and bed was comfortable. The host is super friendly and kind-hearted. She offered early check-in which I did not ask. I asked about possible late check-out and she said no new booking and I was welcome to stay as needed.
