I loved everything! the place is stunning and very comfortable! Serena and Simone were great host, with lota of insightful tips too! I enjoyed the jacuzzi (room temperature) overlooking the view and the complete breakfast offered. The room was large and comfortable (I slept very well there). also, reaching out the location and parking was easy

My wife and I were in Perugia for the jazz festival and it was important we could get to the event and back without problems and our host went out of his way to make that happen. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable.

A recently renovated property, Centralissimo - Nuovo - Parcheggio Privato is located in Perugia near San Severo Church - Perugia, Corso Vannucci and Piazza IV Novembre Perugia. The facilities were excellent. The bed was as comfortable as could be. Few people seem to mention the comfort or the bed and the picture of a apartment reveal nothing, but a bad bed can ruin a vacation. Or host Giovanni was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, all we could wish for! We stayed there for a month and any issues we had we quickly addressed and corrected. I cant say enough about the place and the experience, but the fact that we are going back in a few months speaks for itself.
