All of the staff (from reception to housekeeping, restaurant, bar and wellness) was very kind and hard working, they did a phenomonal job. The hotel itself has been terrific. Great room (parking lot side), very comfortable, no noise, clean, good climate control. Food was on par as well, couldn't wish for anything else. The same goes for the wellness. To have private access to the balaton lake was an amazing bonus.

All rooms feature a private bathroom. . Free WiFi is available in the public areas. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. This was our third visit at the hotel and we liked it very much, every time. The staff is very polite, kind and helpful. Our food allergies were also served well, we were asked if they could prepare any dish of our desire. Though we were there quite off-season, there were more than enough options for dinner which was and always has been delicious. Clear recommendation!
