Situated in Bodmin, 31 km from Newquay Train Station, Bodmin Jail Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We liked the room size and the bathroom size and fixtures and the very cool architectural adaptation of the space. Everyone has done a great job and the hotel felt brand new (it is almost four years old). Breakfast buffet and menu combination was excellent and the service was cheerful. A perfect hotel experience. Also, the staff were very hospitable and helpful.

Offering a garden and garden view, Pinetum Garden Cottages is located in St Austell, 2.6 km from Crinnis Beach and 2.8 km from Shorthorn Beach. Our first experience intoa camper. All great. Visiting the garden was a great plus.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Goonearl Simply Stay offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. This guest house features free private parking and a shared kitchen. Marnie was a wonderful host and offered great suggestions for day trips. Goonearl is centrally located for all the wonderful attractions. The guest house itself has great communal cooking facilities and comfortable shared lounges and dining. Complimentary coffee tea and pastries and fruit was a nice touch. Good to have a washing machine to use to. The bedroom was comfortable and very clean and the balcony looked over the beautiful garden. As a single traveller I felt safe and comfortable. This would be a great place for a group booking with lots of board games and books to read. A haven to get back to after a day out sight seeing. Only 2 km to the local beach..

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Romano Estate, The Courtyard is a recently renovated apartment situated in Penzance, 10 km from St Michael's Mount. The host was very friendly and helpful to ensure we had a comfortable sleeping area for our 3 year old. The place had all things you could possibly need for your stay away from home, even tips on places to visit. A big plus was the jacuzzi which we had access to but had no idea was there before arrival.

Set in Launceston and only 14 km from Launceston Castle, West Moor View Apartment offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The annex was the ideal place and location for our first holiday. It was spotless and had all the things we needed, plus the fabulous welcome basket included! The hosts were more than welcoming, offering great suggestions of places to eat and activities. The location is a rural paradise, with sheep and horses surrounding it to say hello! Not a car in sight and guests have the major perk of being a few minutes walk from the local West Kernick tea garden business; serving fresh, home cooked meals with indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely worth a visit if you plan on staying!
