In the Arganzuela district of Madrid, close to Puerta de Toledo, Bob W Arte has free WiFi and a washing machine. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 1.8 km from Mercado San Miguel and 1.8 km from Plaza Mayor. The aparthotel features family rooms. Bob W staff is polite, cheerful and always willing to “be there,” even at a distance with prompt and helpful WhatsApp messages. The little apartment we had was spotlessly clean, comfortable and in perfect working order. The Atocha quarter is a wonderful part of Madrid, very worth a long stay and a repeat visit, an area full of color and culture and good food and drink. Bob W really thinks of everything. All details and a noteworthy contribution to reducing our “carbon footprint” whenever possible was much appreciated. On any future work trip to Madrid we will most definitely stay in Bob W apartments in Madrid.

Palacio Tirso de Molina - THE ARC COLLECTION offers accommodation situated 600 metres from the centre of Madrid and provides a fitness centre and an indoor pool. This recently renovated apartment is located 600 metres from Plaza Mayor and 600 metres from Mercado San Miguel. The accommodation features a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Beautiful apartment. Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ruben Darío Metro Station is 500 metres from ICON Casona 1900 by Petit Palace, while the famous Retiro Park is 15 minutes' walk away. Madrid-Barajas Airport is 11 km from the property. Nice location, very nice breakfast, extremely clean rooms, made me happy and wanted to stay more. The receptionist who welcomed us at night was so so nice and she was so perfect!

Set in a 19th-century building, Only You Hotel Atocha is located in Madrid, 150 metres from Madrid-Atocha Train Station. This hotel offers views over the Paseo Infanta Isabel and Calle Alfonso XII.

All rooms are soundproofed, and they have a large flat-screen TV, safe, and a minibar. The private bathroom includes free toiletries. A bathrobe and slippers are provided. Free WiFi is available. This is my second time at the 'Only You' hotel chain (was last year in Valencia) and this is definitely one of the best hotels to find! Great breakfast., neat rooms and best vibes! I am looking to continue staying at Only You when in Spain.

Located in the centre of Madrid, the stylish Catalonia Plaza Mayor is at 600m from the Plaza Mayor and within 10 minutes’ walk of the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. It offers a gym, hot tub and free Wi-Fi. Location great if you want to see any (or all) of the three big museums. The plazas at either end of Calle de las Huertas were great places to have a drink or a meal. And it was also very handy when it came time to catch our train to Seville, since it left from Atocha Station, just up the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable.

The ICON Wipto by Petit Palace is set within 250 metres from Retiro Park, the National library and Archeological Museum. Guest can find plenty of art galleries, antique shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. staff is amazing and the relation price and quality is reasonable!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the elegant Wellington Hotel in Madrid’s Salamanca district is just 100 metres from Retiro Park. It has a spa with sensation showers and a hot tub, available for an extra charge. Everything. Excellent service and facilities. Great high-end classic in Madrid. Not to be missed. Unfortunately these kinds of hotels are being bought by international hotel companies and are loosing their personality. Not the case with this one still great!
